We don't (or at least very rarely) benchmark CPUs ourselves for the CPU charts. Nearly all data in the charts comes from user submissions from our PerformanceTest software. The results are an average of all submissions.

We agree that based on the specs, the 1250P should not be outperforming the others. With laptop benchmarking there is always the wide range of performance. This is mostly when a machine gets too hot for the limited cooling ability of the laptops where this part was used. There are also big differences in RAM setups, cooling solutions, windows power control settings, BIOS config and the amount of crap-ware shipped with the machines. Higher end laptops are also more likely to come with high end video cards, which adds to the heat load.

However, I have removed some outliers for 1260P and 1270P that were ~25% of the current average rating. The charts will be updated during next chart refresh overnight. As the CPU gets more results the outliers will have a smaller effect. If the average is not to your liking, we would encourage you to look/use the distribution graph instead that can be found on the individual CPU pages.
