USB 3 Loopback Console (USB3Console) - testing Full-Speed and Low Speed

USB3Console only supports USB2 (High Speed) and USB3 (Super-Speed). Can you add support for Full Speed?

Also, it seems the API does not do Low Speed. Is it possible for this to be added to the API and the test apps?

The hardware can connect and work at Fullspeed (12Mb/s), Highspeed (480Mb/s). or Superspeed (5Gb/s).

But in terms of forcing a lower speed that doesn't match the port speed, it is only possible to force Highspeed when connected to Superspeed.

So if you need to do some testing at USB1 speeds of 12Mb/s you might need to find some older hardware that is only USB1. But the standard for USB1 was released in 1996. So it would need to be really old hardware. Or maybe you can find a really old USB1 hub?
