Open Baseline appears to be a no-op [newbie]

Hello, I am wrestling with a Dell Slim ECS bought summer 2025, whose responsiveness increasingly slows after boot or restart, and decided PassMark might help. Ran initial suite of tests.
Now, contrary to some advice here, in the UI the File | Open Benchmark... appears to do nothing. So how would one view an already created benchmark?

In addition, another weird (to me) issue. The executable appears to be "C:\Program Files\PerformanceTest\PerformanceTest64.exe" which when launched invokes the Win permissions dialog as though you were doing an install. Is this intentional?

The pop-up message on launch is called UAC elevation. Details are here

A normal (non-admin) windows app can't do things like collect CPU speeds, monitor various temperature data and get RAM model numbers. So we need to get the app running as Admin to do this.

To view existing benchmarks (which are called Baselines) you can search and select them from the "Baselines" menu.
