MemTest 7.0 screen output is off-center

Some information is outside of visible area. Start splashscreen and settings screen are properly centered.
i5-5675C, integrated graphics.
With version 6.3 all screens were shown correctly.

Can you send us the log file.
A log file (MemTest86.log) is automatically created and updated while MemTest86 v5 (or above) is running. This file is saved in the 'EFI/BOOT' directory in the USB drive's first partition.

In v7.0, we made a fix to how the console resolution is set in order to fix a similar issue with another board. However, it seems to have introduced on other boards such as yours. Unfortunately, due to the inconsistencies on how each board implements the console in their UEFI firmware, we have to apply workarounds in MemTest86 in hopes that it would work across all boards.

In any case, we have added a possible workaround for your board. Can you give this build a try:
