CPU INTEL error or RAM error?

Sorry for my bad english...
Today i have try to use memtest86-iso on my pc... i take this photo (pc freez):

This is a cpu error or ram error?

The screenshot is too small so it is hard to see the errors, but it is best to assume that the RAM is bad first.
