MEMTEST fails at CPU:3, 44 milion errors

Hello guys, my PC recently stopped working, I cannot even install fresh windows anymore, decided to do memtest and this is what I got:

I tried doing single test (6 because it fails only at test 6) on every core and it only fails at CPU:3, also tried every single DIMM and 2 diffrent RAM sticks.
Is it actual RAM issue or my CPU is dead?

The errors, being single bit errors, would make me think it is a RAM error.
Bur if you have tried a bunch of different RAM sticks and different RAM slots, and the result is the same each time, then it maybe it is the CPU or motherboard.

well not a bunch I have only 2x 8gb ram but they both fails

But do they both fail ins exactly the same way.
i.e. same test (#6), same address range, and same bit in error?

To be honest I wasnt even paying attention if same adress range and same bit in error, because everytime I've seen fail in test 6 at CPU:3 I just turn it off.
