Memtest 7 freezing

Since one max two weeks I have issues with my system stability. I've been testing my hardware and I found some issues(I think). CPU stress test passed(8h test - Intel Processor diagnostic tool) but memory hmm memory Memtest v7 freezing on test 2. Memtest v4 testing my ram alright but unfortunately with errors. On my Onedrive you can find three pictures with errors. Two with first RAM configuration and one "Test_3_AfterMix1" after mix RAMs in slots. Please tell me what do you think about my problem. My RAM is corrupted?

Asus X99E WS
Intel I7 5820k
G Skill 128GB 2800

It looks like real RAM errors.

Try testing with a single RAM module at a time to isolate the failing module.

five minutes ago I added another picture witch more errors:/ so 100% ram is corrupted ?
