Help. Errors with CPU or RAM ?

I looking topic about problem memtest86 on some motherboards, multiprocessor. My motherboard not found in topic

My full config:
CPU: Core i-6500
GA-H110M-S2PV DDR4 BIOS F20 ver
one module Kingston 8Gb KVR21N15D8/8
Graphics: Gigabyre GeForce GTX960 4 Gb OC
650W Chieftec CTG-650C
OS: Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit

Some time ago, a blue screen began: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, BAD_POOL_CALLER, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Tested with help memtest86, but from log not understand errors. Errors in RAM or CPU ?...

Try running the test single threaded. If the errors persist then assume it is a real RAM error.
