Ram errors, but not in single test

Hello,
I recently had bsod, so tested my ram, 16gb in four slots comes up with an error at test 8, over half a million errors! However when I test each ram stick individually in each slot I don't get any errors what so ever?
Anyone else had this?

Might be a problem that only appears in dual channel mode?

Good point, I expected it to be individual ram as I had a set that recently failed, rma back so I thought it it may be the other set on its way out
