    Yes you can.
    MemTest86 doesn't care what voltage level the RAM runs at.

      Thank you for your response.
      I have another question.
      When i ran row hammer test of memtest86 v7 pro on Kaby lake for low power dram (DDR3L), and check row hammer rate by Logic Analyzers.
      Why row hammer rate is not 200K per 64ms or above?

        There is a fast hammer test phase, then a slower phase (if the fast phase fails). There are also parameters in the configuration file that can effect the row hammer behaviour. See,

        There are also other effects like interleaving memory banks which can have an impact. Different versions of MemTest86 also have slightly different behaviour. See,

        So it is hard to comment without doing a deep investigation into the particular setup.
