    My questions are:

that importance should I give this error?

Memtest86 perform test's based on JEDEC memory values or BIOS memory settings?

Thanks in advance for your support

    1 error in 13 hours.

Likely it is a real hardware error, but you might have just got unlucky with a cosmic ray.

If it was repeatable, I would then try and narrow it down and swap the RAM stick.
