You can't fix RAM sticks. So you either remove it, replace it, or ignore it.

hi all
I have this 4 rams from 3 years ago or more
in the past 4 days, i began to see (blue screen, and windows crashes)
I tried Memtest but I ended the test after 3 hours 52 min
errors found please help
I can't understand this errors
I need to know if these errors are making my rams failure or not.
if there is anything to do as repair please tell me
