My PC freezes or crashes during test

I have some issue on starting Windows and other operating system.
So i downloaded your software to test my RAM stick.

Once I run it it freezes or reboots automatically, i read some threads so i tried to disable multi cpu support, now the test is running i'm waiting for it to finish.
What should i do to run with multi cpu? Thanks a lot.

Config:
i5-6600K
MSI Z170A Gaming M5
Kingston 8GB DDR4 (1 stick only)

In multi-threaded mode, how long does it take for it to crash? And does it always crash at the same point in the test?

It crashes at third step.

If it always crash at the same point in the test, then it is more likely a firmware bug on the motherboard. MSI was better than the others however.
Where there any errors in single threaded mode?
Did you test using a different RAM slot?

I managed to run a couple of times in single thread mode, but if I select the core 2 or 3 the test crashes.
Yes, I did.
