I tried every BIOS/UEFI option I could find in order to get as near 4000Mhz memory speed as possible. So far my sweet spot is 3600Mhz 17-18-18-38-2T. Going beyond around 3618 produces errors in Memtest86 test #6 (64 bit block move). There isn't anything wrong with Memtest86 as the disk images I take under Windows 10 sometimes fail it's HASH test which makes it impossible to restore a disk image which of course is not a good thing. Can the fact that I have 64GB made up of 4x16GB sticks be a factor? I've read that the more memory and modules you have the more stress is produced thus decreasing the amount of overclocking you can accomplish. The good thing is that with my tight timings I achieve memory scores among the leaders in Performance Test. I suppose it could be the motherboard and/or BIOS/UEFI causing the problem which a BIOS update could fix.
