  • Issue in Intel Scalable Processor

    On the Intel Scalable Processor, the A, B, D, and E channels normally display an error message when fully loaded on 6 channels,
    but the C and F channels do not display an error message and the system hangs up.

    System Information as below
    1. CPU : Intel Scalable Process Gold 6130
    2. Mainboard : Supermicro X11DPI-N
    3. DRAM : DDR4 32GB RDIMM
    4. S/W : Mem86 Ver.7.5

    And what would that error message be?

      This picture is the error screen and the failure module is inserted in channel A1 slot. Also the same error occurred in channel B1,D1,E1.
      When the above failure is inserted in channel C1 or F1, no errors occurred.

        Can you upload or e-mail us the MemTest86.log file located under EFI\BOOT of the USB drive.
