Just purchased memtest86, getting black screen on tests.

Just purchased memtest86 pro for my Surface Book 2.
All works well until tests start. Once tests begin, I am faced with a black screen and a keyboard icon in the bottom right hand corner.
Please assist in fixing this issue. Literally just paid moments ago and have no way to use the software
