RAM errors are normally due to bad ram. Not the power supply. Even 11.4V is within the ATX spec however. And MemTest86 is unlikely to put very high load on the PSU. Yet you still got errors.
DDR3 runs at 1.5V. (this is converted down from the higher voltages the PSU supplies)
thank you for yoyr help! but i still don’t get it is it ram error or cpu error! and where does the problem come from? plus my rams are XMP oc to 1.65V
