Test freezes

Mem86 v2.11 freezes on test 2 ,3 ,4 have to reboot computer (walltime clock stops)
Have run test on another laptop and program seems to run ok with no problem
Doesnt get a chance to list any errors before it freezes
Will upload photos later as new to site .Is youtube a good media to use has signed up already to this

Freezes are often a sign of bad RAM, but V2 is really old now.

Can you try V4.2 instead.

I had a problem with a freeze. The display screen became overwritten with garbage, but distinct text fields were preserved. Just some of the text in the fields seemed messed up. And the test didn't appear to be progressing.

What version of MemTest86 are you using and what at the hardware specs?
