Only errors in test #9 [Modulo 20, Random pattern]

Hello,

I have purchase new memory for my computer, and i tested it using memtest
After more than 11 hours of test 6 errors appeared in test 9 (modulo 20, Random pattern)
Are these errors relevant? The purchased memory is defective or when only 6 errors are not relevant?
Is this newly purchased, should I return it?

NOTE: No log file, only screenshot but usb bootable utility not worked in my dell xps 430, the computer does not recognize the usb boot disk

Yes, it looks like a real RAM error.
