Stuck at Verifying DMI Pool Data

I'm attempting to boot from USB for MemTest86 but keep getting stuck on "Verifying DMI Pool Data..." before I can even get to the splash page. I did not see my motherboard x cpu combo listed on the stickied thread as one with known issues, so I figured I'd post here. I've tried multiple flash drives and keep ended up with the same issue. Any ideas?

Which version of MemTest86 are you trying to boot?
Does this motherboard support UEFI?

Are you sure it is even getting to the MemTest896 boot process. This sounds more like a general BIOS error. Resetting BIOS might fix it.
