No test appears to run.

Hi.

When i boot into memtest (free) on my desktop. it comes up with the screen saying "Retreiving hardware info" and other stuff. but never launches into the program to run any tests. it works on my laptop and ive told it too use UEFI but nothing. what could i be missing here?

A log file (MemTest86.log) is automatically created and updated while MemTest86 is running. This file is saved in the 'EFI/BOOT' directory in the USB drive's first partition. If you believe you may have encountered a bug with MemTest86, you can send it in to us.
