Hi I decided to upgrade my ram. After installing everything seemed ok but it has been a few days now I'm having issues with a game crashing and now I'm getting BSOD it just seems to be getting worse the longer this goes on. I ran memtest86 after seeing a lot of people recommending it. It has come up as fail and did show a lot of errors on the bottom half of the screen as it was running. These errors did say CPU but as I'm new to this and was assuming this tests only the ram I'm not sure what to think..do I need to return my new ram or is there something else wrong here? Thanks for any advice

There's a chance the RAM could be faulty.
    • Check to make sure they are installed in the recommended slots on your motherboard.
    • Check to see if your motherboard manufacturer have a list of compatible RAM for your motherboard and if your RAM is listed.
    • If you overclocked your system, try running stock.
