Is a bit strange that you have ECC RAM, but no ECC warnings or ECC corrections for the bad read.

If you repeat the test (or just repeat test 10) do you get the same result?

But yes, something is wrong. Might be the RAM, or there might have been data corruption on the bus, and the wrong value was written into the RAM.
