Hammer Test (test 13) failed always on 2 fixed bits

  • Hammer Test (test 13) failed always on 2 fixed bits

    Now I ran hammer test (test 13) on a system and always get two fixed bits error under different address accesses. what does this mean? should I say it could be more likely layout issue?

      Thanks David, are you saying it's mostly layout issue than memory issue? I did not see any other test fail, but only test 13 (hammer) failed.
