  • MemTest86 error info/ how to judge the error CH/DIMM

    Hi guys,

After Memtest86 test finished, I can saw the Data error is as below,
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    2000-01-02 00:31:28 - Starting Stage 1, Pattern=00000000
    2000-01-02 00:31:34 - [MEM ERROR - Data] Test: 10, CPU: 0, Address: 452F52F30, Expected: 00000000, Actual: 00000200
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My question is how to judge the error happend in which channel/DIMM the error occurred on according to address info or other info?

Another question, Memtest86 reported me 3 errors in test process.
after I stopped test and checked the log, only one error info can be found.
Other 2 error didn't show any info in log, just add a error count.
Could you help to check the attached log?

    Thanks in advance!

    You are using MemTest86 V7.5.
Can you try with V8.2 instead (the current release).
Also rather than looking in the debug log, the HTML report should be much easier to read.
I think a couple of the errors were in test #13, the hammer test, which is a special test.

    Log entry
