[EXACTSPDS] cannot start test - saving cfg caused wrong behavior

Hello,

I only changed the number of tests to 16 and saved the configuration. By starting the test after a reboot an error occurs. I controlled the setting:

Minimum SPDs required for testing: Disabled
Exact is 0 and this is the problem. I think here should also be possible disabled

Solution for me was to remove the line "MINSPDS=0" in the mt86.cfg

After that it starts normaly.

BUT the language settings is englisch AND I cant switch it (only English no other languages). I think this is a bug because in the mt86.cfg is LANG=de-DE

PS I look inside the language file. A lot are not translatet.
