We don't measure CPU load, as it isn't that important while testing RAM.
The load with depend on the settings used in MemTest86. In particular the single threaded / multi-threaded option. There RAM / CPU performance ratio will also determine the load. As will the availability of hyper-threading.
RAM is generally slower than the CPU, so for most CPUs the load will be less than 100%. For very slow CPUs with fast RAM you might get near 100% on some tests. We haven't really measured it.
Load during the bit fade test will be near zero. -
