Memtest showing no RAM specs (v5.01)

Hello,

As the title says I've been running Memtest v5.01 however it doesn't seem to show anything spec-wise about the RAM (is it even testing the RAM correctly?).

I don't know if there's something I've missed/something I'm doing wrong but help would be appreciated.

MemTest86+ v5.01 is not our software, so it's probably best to post it on their forums. They have used the same name as our software, which is confusing. You may be confusing it with our MemTest86 software (without the '+'). You may want to give MemTest86 (ours) a try as well to see if the same problem occurs as it is based on the original memtest86 software:
