  • Can't boot distribution

    Hi, Thanks for reading this.
    I am attempting to run memtest86 on an MSI B350 Tomahawk MB which has the latest bios version. I followed the instructions to create a bootable USB and these completed with no error messages. However, sadly, it will not boot. All I get is a blinking cursor which starts at a slow blink and then blinks faster but no boot.

    I hope you can help as I seem to be seeing either memory or processor errors .

    Did you pick the USB drive as the boot device in BIOS?

    If yes, can you send the debug log, MemTest86.log, from Memtest86 (assuming the BIOS even started the USB boot process).
