different test results on each run

Hey,recently i have been having random crashes to desktop with games ,sometimes with BSOD(but rarely).
    decided to test ram.
Ran the test 4 times(4 passes each time)
on the first run had 1 error in test 8.
    second time no errors.
third time 8 errors in test 8,
    fourth time no errors again.

what does it mean?is my ram faulty?
    thanks.

    Yes, RAM is likely bad.

Hey,just got a call from the repair store.
they say the memory is fine but the CPU is the faulty one,
      can it be the case?

Bad RAM is more common that a bad CPU.
But if they have the physical machine, they are in a much better position than us to run some tests and diagnose the error.
