I understand that saving a text report after running a test is a premium feature, but it offered to save a different type of log, I think html. After choosing that option, it said that it was unable to save the log. How can I solve that problem?

You can save the test report in the free version. But there needs to be free space on the USB drive and the USB drive needs to be writable.
