Memtest Laptop Test - 8000 errors on Test 10 - Daily BSOD or Win10 Freeze - Bad Ram?

Hello,

I've been trying to fix this for days (ran anti virus and sfc and chk disks and all of that fun stuff). I just want to know if these daily crashes are software or hardware related. Here's what mem-test shows on one pass:

Also when I scan the computer for memory specs (see CMD screenshot) one slot doesn't show any details at all?

This is strange. Wonder if it is a bug or maybe something like counterfeit / no name RAM.

Well the CMD prompts show the same (no data come up) the laptop did take a small fall a few weeks before) so maybe the ram's being funny? These are all stock parts.

I'm going to replace both pieces of ram and then see what happens. But if anyone's seen this before and has inisght it would be super!
