    Issues with bootable memtest86 usb

I suspect that I may have a bad stick of memory, so I'm wanting to test it with memtest86. I've successfully created bootable USB drives on 2 different sticks, but can't seem to get my PC to boot from either. I even removed the NVMe drive from the bootable options and I just get an error that I need to install a bootable device.

I have a ASRock Master SLI/ac Promontory board- anyone aware of any issues with these? In Win10, I don't seem to have any issues recognizing the drives or reading the contents after creating them but if I run it in our 2nd PC with an MSI board it boots just fine- it's just not working on the ASRock board. Both are x470 boards.

    Thanks!

What was the process you used to make the drives?
You need to use the ImageUSB software to make the drives bootable.
