memtest 86 freezes

I am using memtest 86 8.4 (free) to test the memory of our servers. Unfortunately for some reason it freezes after 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I am using a supermicro X11DDW-L, do I need to update some BIOS setting ? Did someone have simular experiences ?

There are known bugs in Supermicro UEFI BIOS. See,

But the problems tend to happen very quickly, within the first 15min of testing. So maybe this is something else.
Try single threaded mode as an experiment. Testing will be slower, but it might not freeze.

I tried to run the Single Core Mode (if thats what you meant by "single threaded"), but this also did not help

I assume this happened on more than one machine?
If so contact Supermicro about the problem.
