Blank screen when I boot from USB

I have a Lenovo E590 (2019). I followed the instructions, and got my USB ready with the image. However, when I boot from the usb I get a blank screen...
any tips to resolve this?

Did it even start the boot process (did you see any messages before the screen went blank)?
Are you sure you selected the correct boot device in BIOS?
If you are sure, can you send us a debug log.

When I try to upload I get an error saying I cannot upload a file with extension .bin, .efi, .cfg

Debug log file is a text file called, MemTest86.log
It isn't a bin, efi or cfg file.

Hey,
I got it to work. There was nothing wrong with MemTest. I just had to update my BIOS.
