MemTest86 V5.0.0 don't support uefi x86

Under uefi x86, MemTest86 V5.0.0 can launch, but it frozen/hang as soon as i press "S" to start running MemTest86 V5.0.0.
Under uefi x64, work fine, so is MemTest86 V5.0.0 not to support UEFI x86 system?
How to do to run MemTest86 V5.0.0 on X86 UEFI.

Some x86 Tablet only support windoes 8 32bit (hardware don't meet windows 8 64bit request).
And they only have UEFI mode without legacy mode(Bay trail-m), So they use X86 UEFI system to support 32bit of windows 8.And don't reserve legacy mode.
So i must run MemTest86 V5.0.0 on X86 UEFI.
But MemTest86 V5.0.0 seems to not to support running on X86 UEFI.(Only x64 UEFI)
MemTest86 V5.0.0 can be booted on x86 UEFI but it will fail to start testing with hanging.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I think you are confusing x86 and 32bit. MemTest86 V5 will ONLY run in UEFI x86.

x86 refers to a CPU architecture and doesn't define a data bus width. So x86 covers 8, 16, 32 and 64bit processing.

MemTest86 V5 supports both 32bit and 64bit x86 CPUs running 32bit and 64bit UEFI BIOS.

If your particular machine doesn't work it is very likely a problem with your machine. If you want to debug what is wrong with your machine then send us a log file.

A log file (MemTest86.log) is automatically created and updated while MemTest86 v5 is running from a USB drive. This file is saved in the 'EFI/BOOT' directory in the USB drive's first partition.

So it looks like the boot process was all OK and the tests started to run. But then there was some type of lockup / failure during the first test.

The problem was due to a bug where the upper memory address on the machine being tested was greater than 32bits, which makes it impossible to test the full memory range when running 32bit UEFI. The attempt to go beyond 32bits in a 32bit environment caused the crash you saw.

The bug is now fixed and we'll make it public in a V5.1 release sometime in the next few weeks, along with a few other fixes.

Yes, we are working on a new V4 release (for BIOS) and a new V5 release for UEFI.
The V4 release should only take a couple of days to get out the door. But the V5 release will take longer, probably a few weeks, as we need to talk to Microsoft (again) about getting the new release code signed for secure boot under UEFI.
