  • Clk reporting varies

    Normally clock detection reports as expected below;

    PassMark MemTest86 V5.0 Free Intel @ 2.50GHz
    Clk/Temp: 2500 MHz / 48C | Pass 90% ###################################

    But sometime I get something unexpected as below;

    PassMark MemTest86 V5.0 Free Intel @ 2.50GHz
    Clk/Temp: 4695 MHz / 51C | Pass 90% ###################################

    The test appears to work properly - although when the Clk is incorrect -
    the overall "Elapsed Time" is also reported/calculated incorrectly.

    Is this a known issue?

    Yes, it does look strange. Can you e-mail us the MemTest86.log file under EFI\BOOT\ in the USB flash drive.

        Got the log. We'll take a look at it.
        What CPU type was this? A name of "Intel @ 2.50GHz" is unusual, unless this is an Intel engineering sample?
