    Help understanding MemTest results :)

    I've had a couple of Memory BSODs, so ran MemTest and wanted help understanding the results, please.

      Thanks, David.

      From the results, is there a way to see which stick or slots are bad? What is the risk of system wide damage if I continue as normal until I can replace? And lastly, does MemTest86 test RAM at OC or normal?

      Much appreciated.

        Not without additional trial and error testing.

        It's random. Effects can range from nothing, to file system corruption & data loss (if you were very unlucky).

        does MemTest86 test RAM at OC or normal?
        It uses whatever was set in BIOS.

          I've reset the profile in the BIOS, as it was set to different OC settings for both CPU and RAM. It's lowered the CPU down to 3.9 from 4.4, RAM down to 1800 from 2133. Let's see if that helps the cause, if not I'll grab some RAM next month.
