Optiplex 7020 test was aborted due to too many errors

So I tried to run the test overnight on my Dell Optiplex 7020 and I woke up to " test was aborted due to too many errors." I uploaded the HTML test as a jpeg below. Can anyone tell me based on this that I just need to replace the memory? I saw somewhere a bad motherboard could cause memory issues, so I wanna make sure its the memory at fault before I go spending money. Bonus if this is an issue that can be solved without buying new memory lol.

Likely you have bad RAM, try testing the sticks individually to determine if it can be narrowed down to one stick
