Hi there,
Over the past few weeks I have been getting periodic BSOD with varying error codes, to name a few:
- MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
- KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION
- PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
- KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
What have I done recently that may or may not have caused these errors (I’m just naming everything I’ve done outside of turning the PC on and playing a video game just in case something I did caused the problem):
- OC/Timed my RAM
- Bought a new SSD to replace my HDD and used Samsung data migration to mirror the installs
- Updated my NVIDIA drivers
- Bought new case fans
- Bought a new external HDD that’s always plugged in
What have I done to try and resolve the issues:
- returned the RAM timings to default/auto
- updated firmware of the ssd
- updated the nvidia drivers to the newest version
Nothing fixed the issues, still getting random BSOD with random error codes. This seems to happen always when I’m playing games (haven’t used the PC outside of gaming in a while so can’t say for certain that it’s only during gaming).
Ran Memtest86 twice, removing each stick of RAM and only scanning individual sticks. This is the result of one stick (the other was fine). Is it my RAM or CPU? Why does it say CPU? What options do I have to resolve this?

Thanks in advanced
