Version 4 Documentation?

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me where I'd find the manual for Memtest86 Version 4? (Which I have to use because I only have BIOS).

Apologies if this is obvious or if it's been answered before - I've tried googling with no luck, and I can't see how to search within this forum!

Documentation and source code are in the disk image download package
(which you need to write to a USB drive before you can see the files)
