Blue screen after choosing option

Hi. Just build my pc a month ago and im getting random reboots so i wanted to test my ram and Memtest86 doesnt work. It just loads into a full blue screen but a
blinking white "|" as if it wants to type. Can someone help me with this? My ram is unoverclocked Corsair DDR4 Vengeance RGB Pro 2x8GB.

The screen for Memtest86 (v5 and later) is black, not blue.

What version of MemTest86 are you using?
