Hello so my pc started to restart i tried memtest and saw this not sure if its just ram or can be something else. Please help me,as you can see in first picture i just turned it on and found 148 errors,then i tried tl switch bios to default from 3000mhz to 2400mhz and found 32 now.

This is a version of Memtest86+ (note the plus at the end) which developed by someone else, you will have to contact them for support.
