Memtest Test 9 failed 5 times.

Hi everyone

My Win10 systems hangs infrequently without BSOD. I suspected an hardware fault. CPU and GPU temperatures are ok. Next step was to test RAM.
MemTest86 gave me 5 errors on test 9 in 3 different passes. Every time Bit 13 was flipped. How should I interpret these errors?
