Add Memtest86 into grub4dos boot menu

Hello,
I'm having a bootable USB to boot WinPE, Antivirus OS,... and want to add the memtest86 into the grub4dos boot menu (for legacy), I created this USB by the WinsetupfromUSB program, and really need a bootable ISO or whatever, the IMG file is not supported and can't be added to the boot menu
Any solutions?
