Ram or cpu cache issue

Hello,

I have used memtest86 many years ago and it was very helpful at figuring out if I had faulty memory. I ran the test on another PC recently and I don't know if this is a fault in the memory or cpu. Attached are the screenshots as I could not save the HTML file. Thank you for any insight you may have. The system freezes after it fully complete so the first two screenshots were after I stopped it partially through.

Very likely bad RAM.

Thank you David. I did a warranty replacement and will post if that corrects the issue once complete.

Rma'd the ram, retested the new ram and it passed. So easy to do the warranty after testing with this software. Thank you!!!
