Memory: DDR4 1pcs Samsung M378A1G43DB0-CPB, 8GB 2Rx8, PC4-2133 .
Use: Memtest86 6.0 beta2
Alwarys Freeze at "Getting Memory Controller denials...", unable entry test screen.
what is happen of this problem?

It isn't a known problem.

We only support DDR4 in the V6 beta.

Also we have beta 3 out now.

If the problem occurs with V6 beta 3, can you please upload or e-mail the MemTest86.log file under EFI\BOOT\ on the USB drive.
