Memtest Results - Large number of errors

Hello everyone! So I keep having memory errors in Windows 8.1 with blue screen dumps. I ran MEMTEST and this is what I got. I am about 99% sure its the memory and not the motherboard but if anyone could give me some insight that would rock.

Yes, it is probably bad ram.

Try testing one RAM stick at a time and see if you get errors in MemTest86.

If you have known good RAM lying around, give that a go as well.

Also make sure that the RAM timings are configured to conservative values in the BIOS setup.
