Problems with MEMTEST86 run on Hard disk

Because the USB key is broken, I made a fat32 format partition on the hard disk, put the MEMTEST86 V9.2Pro in it, and then ran MEMTEST86, but the error "Unable to open file for writing" appeared, can I solve this problem by configuring MEMTEST86?
