Hello everyone, I've recently started to notice that some applications are segfaulting more often and refuses to start until system is restarted, so I've decided to run a memtest86 and the results looks pretty scary at 810 errors for the run. I've re-ran the test with XMP profile disabled and the error count decreased, but still sits at 274. Unfortunately the reports were not saved for some reason, but I made pictures of final 3 screens. Is that a clear indication of bad ram modules? Could those results be a valid reason for RMA of the modules? Any input is appreciated.

Is definitely a hardware failure.
Most likely RAM.

Thank you, seems like errors are consistently present in all possible configurations, also tested on another machine. Passed memory also don't show errors in my system, so everything is pointing to the memory modules themselves. G.Skills also approved an RMA, so I'll be sending them for replacement this week.
